Paris will become a hotspot for NFTs in February 2023

Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) have transformed the art world. Accordingly, they certify ownership rights to unique digital artworks, making them distinctive. The deposit on the blockchain, its authenticity and the sole right of ownership can be irreproachably proven.

Some observers were likely expecting the NFT market to crash in the wake of the ongoing bear market, but the sector is showing resilience. According to MarketandMarkets, the NFT industry is estimated to be worth $3 billion in 2022 with a growth rate of 35%.

As a result, new NFT projects are constantly being added. Initiatives such as Tarnadoge or Battle Infinity are particularly worth mentioning. However, the democratization of NFT goes far beyond art and video games, as there are many other interesting uses for the technology. NFTs are also an important part of Web3. This shows how important and innovative a conference like the next NFT Paris is.

Complete program in the new edition

After the first edition of the event sold out in 2022, 15,000 visitors are expected for the upcoming event on February 23 and 24, 2023 in the French capital. In addition to the conference, exhibitions, immersive experiences and art installations are also part of the extensive support program.

The NFT Paris wishes to bring together a large number of market players from the NFT community. Therefore, the event sees itself as a bridge between big names in the NFT industry and established forward-looking brands that want to move to Web3, including LVMH, Volkswagen, L’Oréal, Shopify, Warner Bros and many more. others.

Leading companies from the crypto industry will also attend the conference, including Ledger, Arianee, SuperRare, TheSandbox, and Sorare.

An inspiring place

As the Grand Palais is currently unavailable due to preparations for the 2024 Olympic Games, the Grand Palais Éphémère was chosen as the venue. Designed by Wilmotte & Associates, the building is a temporary event hall fitted out as a fallback location for trade fairs and conferences in 2021. The location of the hall is a very special asset, as it is located directly on the Champ-de-Mars at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.

Alexander Tsydenkov, co-founder of NFT Paris, explains:

“We really wanted the Grand Palais Éphémère because this place also hosts major fashion shows and artistic events. The fact that the Grand Palais Éphémère is now hosting an NFT event is a real reward for NFT, as it gives the opportunity to major brands to participate in this digital renaissance.
