The English health technology company bioniq, founded in 2019 by former German national basketball player Vadim Fedotov and doctor Constantin Karuzin, takes over the Berlin startup Vaha, which offers a smart fitness mirror. The company, launched in 2019 by Mrs.Sporty founder Valerie Bures-Bönström as a clone of the American company Mirror, was able to raise around 26 million euros in venture capital at the end of 2020.
