I am currently receiving inquiries from concerned investors who are concerned about their investment RXK Capital (rxkcapital.org) to fear. Because in all the cases that have been brought to my attention, there is no payment. This should set off alarm bells – it could be a textbook scam.
Perceptible: RXK Capital’s Trustpilot profile is full of positive reviews. Trustpilot is a well-known review portal and is committed to fighting fake reviews. Still here the supplier RXK Capital can be trusted to have written these strange praises themselves. In my opinion, this Trustpilot profile is not trustworthy.
I am the operator of the website

Extremely bad experiences with RXK Capital (rxkcapital.org) have been reported!
From the testimonies of the persons concerned, I recognize that with regard to RXK Capital (rxkcapital.org) a scam could act. Because investor descriptions sound like I’ve heard them countless times in a lot of fraud cases that have been handled.
For example, an investor reports that he has an advertisement for “The Lion’s Den” on RXK Capital (rxkcapital.org) realized. This type of internet advertising is targeted marketing from scam brokers and dubious trading platforms. They refer to well-known television shows and radio and television personalities.
has a case example From my law firm, I would like to show how perpetrators of investment fraud act in many cases: In July 2022, my clients were contacted by Ms. Mieko Ishikawa via Messenger Telegram. Said Ms Ishikawa said that, being Japanese by birth, she lives in Cologne and works in the fashion industry in Düsseldorf. In the weeks that followed, regular contact developed between Ms. Ishikawa and my clients, which also included the personal interests of those involved, such as capital markets and cryptocurrencies.
Ms. Ishikawa then started providing screenshots to my clients so called trading platform and talked about getting “high returns” (typical e-commerce scam) with “KI mining” and “locked mining” (up to 90 days). My clients were ultimately interested in investing in the platform as well.
Scam about RXK Capital (rxkcapital.org)? Clear warning signs!
What indicates a scam is the fact that in all the experiences of the investors concerned no payment took place. And this, although it was previously agreed otherwise. An investor wrote to me that he had “invested” quite a large sum of money in RXK Capital (rxkcapital.org). But now he can’t get his money.
Another investor said he finally discovered the good “performance” at RXK Capital (rxkcapital.org).. Because there, significant returns have been posted in a very short time. But it is probably a digital fake used for fraudulent purposes.
How did it go in my above case example further away? Ms. Ishikawa guided my clients to acquire Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT) cryptocurrencies according to their investment objective. For this, my client paid the sums to be invested by bank transfer on the www.transak.com trading platform.
There my clients have to buy the corresponding cryptocurrencies with the deposited credit, then a external wallet of suspects pay (see Bitcoin Trading Fraud). This process should serve as a deposit method to the trading platform. All well-known crypto exchanges are now affected by these fraud cases:
My clients were convinced that they would make the investments announced by the suspects. Subsequently, my client made considerable investments on the supposed trading platform using this payment method “has resulted in significant gains”. This suggested the trading platform at least for my clients.
No withdrawal possible via RXK Capital (rxkcapital.org)?
The negative report on RXK Capital (rxkcapital.org) can be read on the Internet. The big question mark on this platform is proclaimed on a number of pages. Because the dubious supplier does not only appear with a few, a few “customers” bad experiences to have created.
There will probably be no payment in the normal way. Then, the persons concerned must defend themselves legally. At RXK Capital (rxkcapital.org), it should be noted that the platform with a visually appealing website appears. This is often the case with dubious trading platforms – because “good marketing” is not too expensive for criminals. If cryptocurrencies have been used at RXK Capital and you have been harmed as a result, you should report Bitcoin Fraud.
Above case example It continued like this: At the end of September 2022, my clients were offered the opportunity to participate in a “launch” of a so-called new coin (PMZI). To this end, my clients were supposed to reinvest the returns earned so far in the form of Tether (USDT) cryptocurrency, which my clients did.
On October 6, 2022, my client was allocated the corresponding shares of the new “currency” PMZI. However, in order to dispose of these allocated funds and, for example, convert them back into Tether cryptocurrency, the suspects demanded a so-called “miner’s fee” of 5%, which meant an additional payment of 51,000.00 USDT for my client. This request was unexpected for my clients and had not been communicated before.
The sample case fraud has escalated! Legal steps were necessary!
During a conversation with the managers of the platform, my clients asked about the possibility of paying the required “Miners Fee” with the funds available in the trading account (USDT). This possibility was ruled out by the suspects alleged tax reasons rejected. However, my client was offered the option to deposit the credit into their own wallet and then offset the required “miner’s fee”. Also for this payment, however, is a 30% “flat rate tax” necessary.
My clients refused to pay presumed taxes and pointed out that these taxes are due in Germany as part of the annual tax return. Ms. Ishikawa agreed with my client, but pointed out that the supposed “miner’s fee” and “flat fee” still had to be paid.
Ms Ishikawa not recommended to my clientsto choose a payment associated with a 30% “flat fee” and instead pay the “miner’s fee” through new investments. The suspects also pressured my clients by threatening them with worsening credit rating, interest or consequences under the Money Laundering Act.
On October 11, 2022, my clients made a final payment to the suspects of EUR 11,000.00, including due to threatened consequences. Has a payment It has not come to my clients since then, as is currently the case for some of those affected via RXK Capital (rxkcapital.org). Therefore, in my client’s case, I was hired as a broker fraud attorney.
BKA publishes report on cybercrime
Inexperienced investors have been increasingly disadvantaged in recent years. This BKA estimate the year Damage of several million euros. Law enforcement is improving their investigative methods to catch criminals.
In his 2021 State of Cybercrime Report the BKA reports a 30% resolution rate, which is high for online fraud. Criminals use the Internet to remain anonymous. Foreign scammers make prosecution difficult. But investigators are also successful in international network fraud (see also broker does not pay). Presumably, the suspects behind RXK Capital (rxkcapital.org) are not based in Germany, but are hiding in distant countries.
the Austrian Federal Police reports on investment fraud and arrests. Targeted investigations helped Austrian law enforcement authorities money laundering and Trade-Fraud combat. All of this is possible when victims of fraud come forward early and take legal action. I publicly warned against RXK Capital early on in my warning lists. Financial regulators also have an eye on this type of fraud. Here is my take on the warnings from financial regulators:
